Recommendations for implementing
psychosocial risk factors
The document "recommendations for implementing psychosocial risk factors" is now also available in english!
The Occupational Health and Safety Act requires employers to identify necessary occupational health and safety (OHS) intervention on the basis of an assessment of working conditions. This risk assessment must also encompass psychosocial factors in the workplace.
The document "recommendations for implementing psychosocial risk factors" defines parameters within which the risk assessment of psychosocial factors should specifically be implemented. The recommendations are particularly geared towards businesses and in-company OHS stakeholders (including employers, works councils and staff committees, company physicians and occupational health and safety experts). They serve to provide guidance as to how appropriate consideration can be given to psychosocial factors in the risk assessment.
